Monday August 15, 2016 I had a good weekend off from working out, now back to the grindstone. I got up, made some coffee then did my stretching and Ab Wheel workout. Took a short break and hit the weights. Chest 10 Flies at 160 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 8 Flies at 180 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 6 Flies at 200 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 12 flies at 180 lbs, 12 Bench Presses at 180 lbs, rest two minutes.
