My Isabody Challenge Day Thirty-Nine

I got up and took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme and took the dogs for a walk.
Sunday is becoming a rest day, if you don’t let your muscles recover you won’t see as much improvement.
Meals
- Breakfast – Two fried eggs, two sausage patties, a handful of frozen hash browns, cooked and two slices toast with butter.
- Lunch – Strawberry Cream Isalean Shake.
- Dinner – Two chili cheese dogs, some fries, then about half an hour later I gave into temptation and had a 4 oz. burrito with chili and cheese.
Once again it felt like I was eating way too much, but even with two full meals and one shake it wasn’t all that much.
After two days off I’m raring to go, weights and running tomorrow. I’m going to test a new speed workout, now that my conditioning is set.
