My Isabody Challenge Day Thirty-Eight

I got up and took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme.
I did my stretching and calisthenics routine, it was too hot and humid to walk the dogs.
Meals
- Breakfast – Strawberry Cream Isalean Shake.
- Lunch – 1 oz. Beef Stick and Cheese pack.
- Mid-Afternoon – Handful of BBQ potato chips and half of a small cinnamon roll.
- Dinner – Two chicken thighs, corn on the cob and a garden salad with ranch dressing.
Funny, it felt like I was really pigging out but looking at it not so much. Not long ago I ate more than that at one meal!
