Friday August 5, 2016 I got up and took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme. I did my morning stretching routine and hit the weights. Chest 10 Flies at 150 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 8 Flies at 170 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 6 Flies at 180 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 12 flies at 170 lbs, 12 Bench Presses at 170 lbs, rest two minutes. Shoulders 10 Military Presses at 110 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 8 Military Presses at 130 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 6 Military Presses at 150 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 12 Military Presses at 130 lbs, 12 Back Flies at 16.5 lbs.
