In the 2008 American Presidential Election a then unknown man stood up and said “I will be your next President.”

It seemed brash, an unknown, junior Senator from a Mid-Western State proclaiming that he would be President.

As events unfolded we began to see Barack Obama’s political savvy. His charm and charisma.

Many people marveled at his sudden asendency. What they didn’t realise was that Obama had spent his adult life preparing for his bid.

Obama set a goal, then made a plan. He got the education and training he needed to attain his goal. He worked hard, but quietly in the background until in February 2007 he knew that it was his time to shine.

What may have seemed almost magical from the outside looking in was the result of training and then hard work to reach his goal.

Find Your Inner Leader

What are you doing to create your self as a leader? Which books are you reading to improve your skills?

Your desire, your “why” if you will, is a good place to start.

“Why” is not enough, you need “how.” This is where many people fall short. There is a half-myth perpetrated on-line that it is very easy to make money on-line. It’s only easy once you have paid your dues and gotten the skills required.

There are a great many training programs out there to day, all claiming to be the one you must have.

One size fits all doesn’t exist in training, we all have different strengths and weaknesses.

One example being that and expert marketer may not be a very good teacher.

I have found two training systems that work quite well for me. Will they work for you? I don’t know, that’s an answer you must find out for yourself. Personally, I use parts of both to create a greater whole.

Both take you by the mouse and show you what needs to be done, and how to do it.

One is Renegade Professional, the brainchild of Mike Klingler. Based on the Renegade Network Marketer by Ann Seig. Renegade Professional has hundreds of hours of video training. More is added every month. It can be easy to get caught up in information overload if you don’t follow a plan. Luckily they have a 90 day action plan to keep you on track.
