Building Six-Pack abs in four weeks is relatively easy, boring, but easy. Just did the core stretching and calisthenics workout today, my chest is a bit sore from the 100 push-ups yesterday 8:30 am I ate a packet of Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal and a sausage and cheese sandwich on wheat toast. 1:00 pm I ate two pieces of Lemon Pepper Fish with a small serving of French Fries. 5:45 pm I ate a bowl of Homemade Chili, about two cups.
