Build Six Pack Abs In Four Weeks – Take Two – Day ten
Building Six-Pack abs in four weeks is relatively easy, boring, but easy.
Just did the core stretching and calisthenics workout today, my chest is a bit sore from the 100 push-ups yesterday
- 8:30 am I ate a packet of Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal and a sausage and cheese sandwich on wheat toast.
- 1:00 pm I ate two pieces of Lemon Pepper Fish with a small serving of French Fries.
- 5:45 pm I ate a bowl of Homemade Chili, about two cups. Wanted seconds, had to pass.
My weight was 179 pounds, six down, nine to go!
