Didn’t feel very well, so I skipped working out. I could have pushed myself and got it done but I know my body, had I pushed and worked out
anyway it’s quite possible I would feel as bad or worse today. I feel fine, a little rest can go a long way. A touch of the stomach flu, perhaps. It could have been the Lemon Pepper fish I had for lunch yesterday, it was a little freezer burned, which doesn’t normally bother my constitution, but since I let myself get out of shape, who knows?
I take one to two days off from working out a week in any case, so either that was my day off or I will take my usual Sunday off as well. One day will not make or break your results, you just have to get back to it.
Since my stomach was feeling out of sorts I ate a bit more than I should have, at odd times for me, trying to sooth my belly.
- 4:30 am I ate a packet of Raison and Spice Instant Oatmeal.
- 10:20 am I ate two fried eggs, two sausage patties and some fried potatoes with onion.
- 3:30 pm I finished off my Homemade Chili, about two cups.
- 7:00 pm I ate a small bowl of Orange Chicken with rice and vegetables, a chicken drumstick and a smallish pork chop.
My weight was 178 pounds, seven down, eight to go!
