Build Six Pack Abs In Four Weeks – Take Two – Day Three

I did my exercises a bit differently today, the first part of my core stretching routine, or regime if you prefer, consists of some stretches on the floor, ten push-ups with my hands two feet apart to put more emphasis on my chest than on my arms, and of course thirty reps on my Ab Wheel, the old-fashioned kind, no return assist.
Then I stand and do a variety of calisthenics designed to lengthen my hamstrings and tone my core, nothing very strenuous, I’m kind of lazy at times.
Well today I split them up as I sometimes do, I took a good three hours between the two parts of my routine, that’s the beauty of my system, it doesn’t so much matter when you do it, as long as you do it! Still takes between twenty and twenty-five minutes.
My eating schedule, if you can call it that, was a bit off today as well. I try to eat at about four-hour intervals, doesn’t always work that way.
- 4:00 am I had two packages of Instant Oatmeal, Peaches and Cream.
- 9:30 am I had two fried eggs, a sausage patty, a good-sized portion of fried potatoes with onions, and two buttermilk biscuits.
- 1:45 pm I had seven Pilgrim’s Blazin’ Chunks, chicken breast chunks with a spicy breading and the last of my frozen seasoned fries, need to restock.
- 6:30 pm I had a boneless pork chop, a few baby carrots, cooked, and some mashed potatoes. Not so much because I was but because I knew if I didn’t eat something I would be tempted to do a midnight binge.
You can take it as a given that I drink about a pot of coffee daily, with various flavored creamers.
My weight was 181 pounds, four down, eleven to go!
