Build Six Pack Abs In Four Weeks – Take Two – Day Two

For exercise I did my core stretching routine, about 22 minutes, FYI, that’s all I plan on doing each day for the first week. The second week is when I start rebuilding my arms, shoulders, back, chest and legs.
- 4:00 am I ate two slices of left-over frozen pizza, yes, I like left-overs.
- 8:15 am I ate two fried eggs, a medium-sized potato diced and fried with onion, a sausage patty and two pieces of wheat toast.
- 1:00 pm I ate a bowl of Tony Chachere red beans and rice, WITH the optional Polish Sausage, about two and a half cups of it.
- 6:00 pm I ate baked chicken, a thigh and a drumstick, a cup of corn, and a heaping serving, about a cup and a half, of four cheese mashed potatoes.
A bit later I ate half a dozen or so big strawberries, fresh from Florida.
As you can see, I like to eat four times a day, sometimes more.
My weight was 184 pounds, one down, fourteen to go!
