Tuesday February 12, 2013 I did my core stretching and calisthenics workout today, just like almost every day, twenty-two minutes a day is a small price to pay for six-pack abs. I followed up with six sets of five pull-ups on my Door Gym in my usual manner, palms facing forward, then backward and finishing off with a neutral grip.
