Did the core workout today followed by fourteen pull-ups, one set of four and two sets of five.
- 8:30 am I ate two small sausage patties and a bowl of Cinnamon and Spice Instant Oatmeal.
- 12:30 pm I ate a peanut butter and raspberry jelly sandwich on wheat bread.
- 5:30 pm I ate two pieces of chicken, shake and bake style, a cup of potatoes au gratin and a cup of peas and diced carrots.
