Took the day off from the core work out. It was one of those raining ‘blah’ days when you don’t feel like doing much.
- 4:20 am I ate two pieces of chicken, a thigh and a drumstick and a medium baked potato.
- 8:30 am I ate a bowl of red beans and rice.
- 1:30 pm I ate a chorizo sloppy Joe.
- 5:00 pm I ate a chicken cordon blue and half a cup of mashed potatoes.
