Build Six Pack Abs In Four Weeks – Take Two – Day Seventeen

Just did the basic core workout today twenty-two minutes of stretching and calisthenics.
- 4:15 am I ate one cup of chicken, vegetables and rice.
- 9:45 am I ate two eggs, some hash browns, a sausage patty and two pieces of wheat toast.
- 5:30 pm I ate two bowls of red beans and rice.
My weight is holding fairly steady, I have to watch portion size more carefully.
My weight was 179 pounds, six down, nine to go!
