Build Six Pack Abs In Four Weeks – Take Two – Day Sixteen

Did my core workout with a twist today. I do ten push-ups as part of my core workout, usually with my hands two-feet apart to work my chest, I changed it a bit today.
Today I put my hands together so my thumbs and forefingers formed a diamond, made the push-ups a bit more intense.
Did my push-up workout right after my core calisthenics workout so I could only do two sets instead of three, but it made for an awesome chest workout.
- 8:30 am I ate a cup of chicken stew.
- 5:30 pm I ate two pieces of baked chicken a thigh and a drumstick, a medium-sized baked potato and a cup of corn.
