Build Six Pack Abs In Four Weeks – Take Two – Day Twenty-One

Did the core stretching workout today, other than that I took it easy.
Tomorrow it gets tough. My muscles are rebuilt enough, it’s just a matter of cutting five to eight pounds of fat in a week. Shouldn’t be a problem, as long as I stay focused.
- 4:15 am I ate two boiled eggs and two ounces of grapefruit juice.
- 9:30 am I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
- 5:00 pm I ate four ounces of pork roast, a medium baked potato and a cup of diced carrots and peas.
I seem to have lost ground this last week, I’m back up to 180 pounds from 177 last week. My clothes are looser than they were last week, so my lean muscle gain exceeded my fat burn.
