My Isabody Challenge Day Fifty
Thursday August 25, 2016. Wow, my new job has been kicking my butt all week, I skipped my stretching and calisthenics and forgot my morning shot of Ionix Supreme. Meals Breakfast – Black Sesame Isalean Shake. Lunch – 1 Lemon Passion Crunch Isalean Bar and a Crispy Chicken sandwich from Burger King. Dinner –Two bowls of Red Beans and Rice, mmmm, leftovers.
