My Isabody Challenge Day Fifty

Wow, my new job has been kicking my butt all week, I skipped my stretching and calisthenics and forgot my morning shot of Ionix Supreme.
Meals
- Breakfast – Black Sesame Isalean Shake.
- Lunch – 1 Lemon Passion Crunch Isalean Bar and a Crispy Chicken sandwich from Burger King.
- Dinner –Two bowls of Red Beans and Rice, mmmm, leftovers. Great when you’re tired and hungry.
