I got up and took my shot of Ionix Supreme. I did my stretching and ab wheel. I’ve increased the push-ups I do during this phase from 10 to 15 and now 20. Instead of adding five more I’m going to switch to decline push-ups tomorrow and see how it goes.
I did my fifteen minutes or so of calisthenics and that was it for the morning. I took a shot of AMPED™ NOx before leaving the last job site and went for a run when I got home.
Meals
- Breakfast – Orange Cream Isalean Shake.
- Lunch – Chocolate Cream Isalean Shake.
- Mid Afternoon – Kashi GoLean Bar, 200 calories.
- Dinner – Two bowls of beans and rice, with some big chunks of ham.
