Summer’s over and Autumn is half way gone with Winter breathing over its shoulder, time to move some of your fitness activities indoors.
Some of the exercises I like to do Outdoors are Pull Ups and Chin Ups, and with an old Elementary School turned Day Care Center a mile up the road it’s just a short walk, jog, or bike ride to do a few reps.
Not so much fun in the snow and ice, which is right around the corner and will be here for anywhere from three to five months, good for Cross Country Skiing, or so I heard, I haven’t tried it, not so good for running or bike riding.
With half of the reason to go up the road to exercise cooling off fast I decided to get a Pull Up Bar for my door frame like I had some 30 years ago. Nothing fancy, it was just a bar that expanded to fit into two brackets attached to the door frame.
What I ended up getting was a Door Gym Multi-Trainer, superior to what I had in mind because of the neutral grip option, and it doesn’t need to be screwed into the door frame.
Once assembled, took about five minutes, I had to try it out.
I cooked up a seven minute Door Gym Fitness Routine that really blasts your arms, back, shoulder, and abs, watch the video.
It’s an intense work out, with fantastic results, if you’re serious about staying in shape you should get one and get started.
The fastest and easiest way to get going is just head on up to your local Dept. Store and grab one, there should be several brands to choose from, mine is a Gold’s Gym Door Gym Multi-Trainer, cost only twenty bucks.
If you don’t have the time, or just want the convenience of home delivery Amazon will ship an Iron Gym Total Work Out Bar to your door from the banner below.
