My Isabody Challenge Day Fifty-Six

I got up and took my shot of Ionix Supreme. I did my stretching and ab wheel. It’s leg day so I do push-ups. I did 12 decline push-ups, need to work on that.
My work-out went a lot faster, even adding calves to my lower body work-out.. I made my AMPED™ Power and waited a few minutes before starting.
Quadriceps
- 10 Leg Extensions at 200 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 Leg Extensions at 220 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 Leg Extensions at 240 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 Leg Extensions at 220 lbs. 12 Squats at 38.5 pounds. Rest two minutes.
Hamstrings
- 10 Leg Curls at 100 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 Leg Curls at 110 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 Leg Curls at 120 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 Leg Curls at 110 Lbs, 12 Straight Leg Dead-lifts at 38.5 pounds.
Calves
- 10 Calf Raises at 200 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 Calf Raises at 220 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 Calf Raises at 240 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 Calf Raises 220 lbs. 12 Angled Calf Raises at 220 pounds.
After working out I had a serving of AMPED™ Recover .
Meals
- Breakfast – Chocolate Cream Isalean Shake.
- Lunch – Strawberry Cream Isalean Shake.
- Mid Afternoon – Kashi GoLean Bar, 200 calories.
- Dinner – 3 small cube steaks and too many fries.
