Monday February 18, 2018 I miscalculated a bit when I both gained weight and stopped working out to make this test, I shouldn’t have gained the weight. Today I weigh 173 pounds, three pounds shy of the 170 pounds I was aiming for. Had I been a little more careful with what I ate I could have dropped the last three pounds.
