Friday January 25, 2013 Did my 22 minute core stretching routine today. It’s time I mentioned I typically do my morning calisthenics and stretches four to six times a week, very seldom do I do it seven days in a row. I also use light dumbbells for some of my calisthenics, either two or five pounders. The five-pound dumbbells are used for a modified horse stance punch to work the shoulders while working the core..
