Wednesday February 13, 2013 Started my day off with my morning stretching and calisthenics routine, did six sets of ten push-ups and finished off with three shoulder super sets with light weights, five-pound dumbbells. 8:45 am I ate a packet of Apples and Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal and a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. 2:15 pm I ate a box of General Tso’s Chicken with rice and vegetables, about two cups. 5:50 pm I ate about four ounces of chicken nuggets coated with Kentucky Kernel flour, a cup of chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni and a cup and a half of crinkled … Continue reading →
