Sunday February 10, 2013 Did the core stretching workout today, other than that I took it easy. Tomorrow it gets tough. My muscles are rebuilt enough, it’s just a matter of cutting five to eight pounds of fat in a week. Shouldn’t be a problem, as long as I stay focused. 4:15 am I ate two boiled eggs and two ounces of grapefruit juice. 9:30 am I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. 5:00 pm I ate four ounces of pork roast, a medium baked potato and a cup of diced carrots and peas.
