Tuesday February 5, 2013 Did my core workout with a twist today. I do ten push-ups as part of my core workout, usually with my hands two-feet apart to work my chest, I changed it a bit today. Today I put my hands together so my thumbs and forefingers formed a diamond, made the push-ups a bit more intense.
