My Isabody Challenge Day Thirty-Nine
Sunday August 14, 2016 I got up and took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme and took the dogs for a walk. Sunday is becoming a rest day, if you don’t let your muscles recover you won’t see as much improvement. Meals Breakfast – Two fried eggs, two sausage patties, a handful of frozen hash browns, cooked and two slices toast with butter. Lunch – Strawberry Cream Isalean Shake.
