My Isabody Challenge The Results
Okay, so I got behind keeping up with these posts, several times, actually. I was about two weeks behind and getting ready to catch up on my one day off from work and thought, “Why bother? I’m doing and eating about the same things every week and not seeing any more results.” 16 weeks have gone by and I’ve pretty much stuck to the program.
