Wednesday August 31, 2016 I got up and took my shot of Ionix Supreme. I did my stretching and ab wheel. It’s leg day so I do push-ups. I did 12 decline push-ups, need to work on that. My work-out went a lot faster, even adding calves to my lower body work-out.. I made my AMPED™ Power and waited a few minutes before starting. Quadriceps 10 Leg Extensions at 200 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 8 Leg Extensions at 220 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 6 Leg Extensions at 240 lbs, rest 30 seconds. 12 Leg Extensions at 220 lbs. 12 Squats at 38.5 pounds.
