My Isabody Challenge Day Fifty-Three

I got up and took my shot of Ionix Supreme.
I did my stretching and Ab Wheel but passed on my push-ups.
I started to walk the dogs but neither one was into it today, we barely went 100 yards before they were ready to go home.
Meals
- Breakfast – Orange Cream Isalean Shake.
- Lunch – Chicken breast and Mexican rice burrito..
- Dinner – Cheese Burger, some mac and cheese and some mixed vegetables.
I took it kind of easy the last four days, Monday morning it’s back to a renewed focus. My workouts have become less effective, time to change it up a bit.
