Build Six Pack Abs In Four Weeks – Take Two – Day Nine
Tuesday January 29, 2013 I did my twenty-two minute core workout this morning followed by nine sets of ten push-ups. I do ten regular push-ups, flat on the floor, every morning as part of my core stretching and calisthenics routine. For my nine sets of ten push-ups I vary both the incline and the space between my hands for a more complete chest workout.
