My Isabody Challenge Day Twenty-Nine
Thursday August 4, 2016 I got up and took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme. I did my stretching and calisthenics. Meals Breakfast – French Vanilla Isalean Shake. Mid-Morning – 1 oz. Beef Stick and Cheese pack. Lunch – 1 Lemon Passion Crunch Isalean Bar. Mid-Afternoon – 1 Sea Salt and Carmel Isadelight Chocolate. Dinner – Cheese burger, cup of mac and cheese and a cup of green beans with bacon and onion. Michael Cole
