Thursday February 14, 2013 I made a tactical error when I let myself get fat and basically threw away my six-pack abs to make this demonstration. Last year in July I did build six-pack abs in four weeks, but I didn’t start out fat like I did this time around. I started out at 160 pounds, a little light for my frame.
