My Isabody Challenge Day Seven
Wednesday July 13, 2016 I got up, took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme and got to stretching. My sore knee and sciatica are mostly healed so I started doing some calisthenics today, about fifteen minutes worth. Meals Breakfast – Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake. Mid-Morning – 1 oz. Beef Stick and Cheese pack. Lunch – 1 Chocolate Cream Crisp Isalean Bar. Mid-Afternoon – 1 Sea Salt and Caramel Isadelight Chocolate. Dinner – One BBQ boneless pork chop, a cup of mixed vegetables and half a cup of white rice. Michael Cole
