My Isabody Challenge Day Seven

I got up, took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme and got to stretching.
My sore knee and sciatica are mostly healed so I started doing some calisthenics today, about fifteen minutes worth.
Meals
- Breakfast – Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake.
- Mid-Morning – 1 oz. Beef Stick and Cheese pack.
- Lunch – 1 Chocolate Cream Crisp Isalean Bar.
- Mid-Afternoon – 1 Sea Salt and Caramel Isadelight Chocolate.
- Dinner – One BBQ boneless pork chop, a cup of mixed vegetables and half a cup of white rice.
