My IBC (Isabody Challenge) Day Three

Sometimes life happens, like it did this morning.
I got up, took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme, then hit my exercise room, did my stretching and Ab Wheel workout. All was good, then I went to make my coffee and saw the living room carpet.
Meals
- Breakfast – Dutch Chocolate Isalean Shake.
- Mid-Morning – 1 Sea Salt and Carmel Isadelight Chocolate.
- Lunch – 1 Chocolate Cream Crisp Isalean Bar.
- Mid-Afternoon – 1 Sea Salt and Carmel Isadelight Chocolate.
- Dinner – 1 Boneless, Skinless chicken thigh, 1 cup mixed vegetables and a half cup of white rice.
- Late Evening – 1 Sea Salt and Carmel Isadelight Chocolate. I wanted a Chili Dog!
Tomorrow I’m heading to the Oakland County Fair, it might have been a challenge, all that Fair Food, but the way the pounds are melting off I’ll stick to my plan.
