I got up and took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme. I had a serving of AMPED™ Power, then had to wait 20 minutes to workout.
I did my stretching and hit the weights, really looking forward to doing a morning workout using my new AMPED™ Products
Chest
- 10 Flies at 170 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 Flies at 190 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 Flies at 210 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 flies at 190 lbs, 12 Bench Presses at 190 lbs, rest two minutes.
Shoulders
- 10 Military Presses at 120 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 Military Presses at 140 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 Military Presses at 160 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 Military Presses at 140 lbs, 12 Lateral Raises at 16.5 lbs. Rest two minutes.
Back
- 10 Back Rows at 180 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 Back Rows at 200 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 Back Rows at 220 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 Back Rows at 200 lbs, 12 Reverse Back Rows at 200 lbs, rest two minutes.
Triceps
- 10 French Curls at 110 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 French Curls at 130 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 French Curls at 150 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 French Curls at 130 lbs, 12 Kick Backs at 16.5 lbs, rest two minutes.
Biceps
- 10 Reverse Curls at 110 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 Reverse Curls at 130 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 Reverse Curls at 150, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 Reverse Curls at 130 lbs, 12 Curls at 130 lbs, rest two minutes.
Quadriceps
- 10 Leg Extensions at 200 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 Leg Extensions at 220 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 Leg Extensions at 240 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 Leg Extensions at 220 lbs. 12 Squats at 36 pounds. Rest two minutes.
Hamstrings
- 10 Leg Curls at 100 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 8 Leg Curls at 110 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 6 Leg Curls at 120 lbs, rest 30 seconds.
- 12 Leg Curls at 110 Lbs, 12 Straight Leg Dead-lifts at 36 pounds, Done!
I took the dogs for a walk, then went for a run.
Meals
- Breakfast – Orange Cream Isalean Shake.
- Lunch – 1 Lemon Passion Crunch Isalean Bar.
- Dinner – 4 oz. pork roast, about a cup and a half of carrots, peas and celery and some mashed potatoes with country gravy.
