My Isabody Challenge Day Forty-One

Morning Weight 177.5
I got up and took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme.
I did my stretching and Ab Wheel, then took the rest of the day off form exercising, my run yesterday was a little too ambitious. My thighs are aching.
Meals
- Breakfast – Black Sesame Isalean Shake.
- Lunch – 1 Lemon Passion Crunch Isalean Bar.
- Dinner – 1 Burrito and 1 taco, homemade with lean ground beef, refried beans, cheddar cheese and lettuce.
- Late night – 3 slices lunch meat, 1 ham and two turkey.
I helped my oldest son with a late night project, so had a late snack. Didn’t hurt my weight any.
