Every one knows they should workout regularly for their health, at least three days a week. But most people don’t. If you’re reading this perhaps you’re one of them, or maybe you have a friend or loved one who needs to get off the couch.
You’re in luck either way, what I have for you today is a fast, easy fix for the top three workout excuses. But first…
The Top Three Workout Excuses
- I don’t have any equipment.
- I don’t have the time.
- I can’t afford a Gym Membership.
Strangely enough just one of those top three workout excuses can give birth to a whole range of other, secondary excuses.
If you do have a Gym Membership, you don’t have time to drive there and workout. A common ploy.
Even if you do have a few workout videos and some form of weight training equipment you somehow just can’t find the time to actually use them.
The worst excuse for not working out, no equipment, is about to be blown out of the water. Along with the other two.
The only workout equipment you need are;
- Your Body.
- A Wall.
- A Kitchen Chair.
It’s kind of hard to not have access to that kind of equipment.
Now all you need is time.

Grab a Kitchen and place it near a wall.
Now hit ‘Play’ on the video below.
Problems solved, excuses defeated.
Be sure to alternate legs when stepping on the chair.
There you have it, a seven minute workout, nine counting the rest breaks, that almost anyone can do with everyday items.
Do it three or four times a week and you’ll be feeling and looking better by the end of next week.
