My Isabody Challenge Day Nine

I got up a little late, took my morning shot of Ionix Supreme and got to stretching, did about fifteen minutes of calisthenics.
Meals
- Breakfast – Orange Cream Isalean Shake.
- Mid-Morning – 1 oz. Beef Stick and Cheese pack.
- Lunch – 1 Chocolate Cream Crisp Isalean Bar.
- Mid-Afternoon – 1 Sea Salt and Caramel Isadelight Chocolate.
- Dinner – One BBQ boneless pork chop, three-quarters cup of mac and cheese with bacon bits and a cup of mixed vegetables.
Today was my third and last day at the fair, my brother was racing his Derby Car, it was also the hardest day to resist concession stand temptation. I’m not sue which I wanted more, an elephant ear, a buffalo chicken on a stick or a bucket of chili cheese fries. Good thing I resisted, every one else ate the chili cheese fries and got sick.
