Buff Beach Bod Quick Tune Up
You’re getting ready to do your morning work-out and your friends call, “We’re heading to the beach to show off the new bods, meet us in the parking lot in fifteen minutes.”
You and your friends have been working out pretty hard for the summer at the beach, today’s the big day, and they want to leave early.
Don’t panic, you’re already in good shape, right?
A quick five-minute tune-up with light dumbbells and you’re good to go.
In the video I go over six different movements for your arms and shoulders, not to mention the push-ups you’re going to do anyway.
I go through one set of each, but you can do three sets of ten in about five minutes, if you aren’t talking while you’re doing it, ha ha.
Try using different hand positions for maximum effect.
First set of curls do palms up, the second set do palms down, and if you really want to pound out your biceps do hammer curls for your third set, palms facing each other.
There are only two ways to hold the dumbbells for French Curls, palms facing mostly forward or each other.
For the Military Press try twisting the dumbbells on the way up and down, so that your palms face forward at your shoulders and face each other above your head.
