Just did my core stretching and calisthenics workout today, 22 minutes worth. I considered doing some shoulder work but decided against it.
I made some bad eating choices today, or so I thought. More on that tomorrow. I did change the timing of my stretching and calisthenics workout. I left my timer in Michigan and hadn’t bothered to get another one until yesterday. That little timer makes more of a difference than I thought!
- 4:15 am I ate a packet of Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal.
- 8:45 am I ate two fried eggs, about three ounces of bacon and a slice of American cheese on two pieces of wheat toast.
- 1130 am I drank a twelve ounce can of Barq’s root-beer
- 2:30 pm I ate two helpings of lasagna my niece made, was going to make it an early dinner, but…
- 7:00 pm I ate a plate of tortilla chips covered with cheese and salsa and finished off some potatoes au gratin, maybe half a cup.
Not supposed to drink soft drinks when losing weight, they’re just empty calories. But as I’ve said before a little bit of indulgence won’t do much harm.
My weight was 178 pounds, seven down, eight to go!
