Here’s a Total Body Workout ideally suited for beginners. Minimal equipment needed.
For this workout you’re going to need a Floor Mat, a Kettle Bell and a set of light Dumbbells.
If you don’t already have the necessary equipment there are some easy home fixes you can use.
Floor Mat. If you have carpeted floors you don’t really need a Floor Mat, just vacuum first. For Hardwood or tiled floors take an old blanket or comforter and fold in half. You can even use a sleeping bag.
Kettle Bell. Take a gallon or half-gallon jug and fill with water. A gallon of water weighs 8.34 lbs. Be sure to have screw on caps, the push on types may pop off.
Dumbbells. Used shampoo bottles filled with water will work, for added weight fill with sand or dirt.
