Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack Abs Workout
I found this video,” Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack Abs Workout- Level 1” and thought anything offering six-pack abs in six-weeks was worth looking into. I found a couple of standing ab moves I like and may incorporate into my twenty-two minute core stretching and calisthenics routine.
Then again, I already have a system that gave me six-pack abs in only four weeks, I would have to cut something out to keep my workout at twenty-two minutes.
This looks like a great workout for six-pack abs, if you have the half-hour every day to do it. And the energy, you need to have the energy to do the workout.
The only problem is you have already to be in pretty good shape to do the whole thirty minutes.
Which is why I designed my system the way I did, I was starting out fat, no actually I was obese at 225 pounds, so I needed exercises a fat man could do.
Fairly easy to do and very effective, what more could you want?
