Today is my 52nd Birthday.
Big Deal, you might say.
I usually do, after all, it’s just another day.
What usually happens is a few people will wish you a Happy Birthday. Invariably some of them ask, “So, do you feel any older?” “Sure, a day older than Yesterday.” It’s as if they expect the last 364 days to come crashing down on you on that one particular day.
I don’t feel any older, not today. Quite the contrary, I feel young, I feel alive. Partly because of the simple fact I woke up this morning. Some day, hopefully man years in the future, I won’t. Wake up, that is.
But the main reason I feel young and alive is a secret I stumbled onto last year. A secret so shockingly simple yet so profound I still can’t get over it.
A secret that let me, then a fifty year old man, carve out six-pack abs in only four weeks. With a very surprising amount of effort, or as the case is, lack of effort, or time.
A secret I’m going to give away free for the next seven days.
When you take away the time I spend stretching my hamstrings the total workout takes about seventeen to eighteen minutes. That’s it, a few minutes of moderate exercise.
An exercise routine I put together when I was an obese 225 pounds, so you can be sure it isn’t very strenuous. Amazingly easy, actually.
All you need is a digital timer and an Ab Wheel. You could even do without the Ab Wheel if all you’re looking to do is lose a few pounds.
The routine should only take you a day or two to memorize, so one month from now you could be ten to fifteen pounds lighter, maybe even have six-pack abs.
One last thing, don’t let the simplicity throw you off. It works if you do. There really is no need to do the gut busting exercise routines you see on Late Night T.V. to look and feel better.
