4 Week Fitness Kick Start Week 2 Day 8
Good Monday morning, it’s the start of Week Two of your 4 Week Fitness Kick Start.
You’ve been huffing and puffing, sweating and straining for a week now and you’re starting to better, stronger and faster.
Your results aren’t visible yet, but you can feel them in your bones, and your muscles.
Today we’re going to take it up a notch and build on last week’s progress with harder Workout Videos that will get you in better shape and get you ready for tougher workouts next week.

Sample Menu
Meal One – Egg White Breakfast Burrito
- 4 Egg Whites.
- 1 Whole Grain Tortilla.
- 1/4 Cup Cheddar-Jack Cheese.
- 1 Small Tomato, Diced.
- 2 Tbsp. Salsa, Hot Or Mild.
- 3/4 Cup Melon Balls.
Scramble egg whites and pile on tortilla with diced tomatoes, salsa and cheese. Serve with melon balls.
Meal Two – Turkey BLT
- 2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread.
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise.
- 4 Slices Cooked Turkey Bacon.
- 2 Slices Tomato.
- 2 Leaves Lettuce.
- 1 Pear.
Toast wheat bread if desired. Prepare sandwich with mayonnaise, turkey bacon, tomato and lettuce.
Meal Three – Chocolate Banana Ultra Slim Down Shake
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Ultra Slim Down.
- 1 Whole Banana.
- 1 Cup Milk, Skim, Soy, Rice or Almond.
- 1 Cup Ice.
Mix first three ingredients in a blender, add ice to desired thickness.
Meal Four – Rotisserie Chicken Salad
- 4 Oz. Rotisserie Chicken, Diced.
- Mixed Salad Greens.
- 1 Small Tomato, Diced.
- 1 Small Granny Smith Apple, Diced Or Sliced.
- 1 Tsp. Olive Oil.
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice.
Make dressing of olive oil and lemon juice. Place other ingredients in bowl and toss, top with dressing.
Meal Five – Chicken And Rice Bowl
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice.
- 2 Oz. Grilled Chicken Breast, Chunked.
- 2/3 Cup Peas And Carrots, Cooked.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
