Build Six Pack Abs In Four Weeks – Take Two – Day One
Get six-pack abs in four weeks? Can it really be done?
YES!
How do I know?
Because I did it last year, from June 30, 2012 to July 27, 2012, almost by accident.
The only problem is, and was, I was busy doing other things and didn’t properly document it. So I did something rather, ahem, INSANE.
I intentionally let myself go to pot, pot belly that is. I stopped working out and started over-eating. I can’t tell you how hard it was to throw away, on purpose, the body I had worked for ten long years to get back.
What made it so difficult was the knowledge that if I only did my 22 minutes or so of stretching and calisthenics ever day I could eat pretty much anything I wanted, in moderation. Not only does it keep me fit, toned and firm, but my energy level was through the roof.
It was harder to gain back 15 pounds than it was to lose 65 pounds, harder on my mind, harder on my energy, and much harder on my self-esteem, but it was for a worthy cause.
Your Self-Esteem!
This post is by necessity delayed by a day. Even though I know I can eat what I want, you don’t, and you do need to know.
How the next four weeks posts are going to work are like this, every day I will chronicle my work-outs and what I eat that day, then post it the following day. So here it goes…
Monday January 21, 2013
At 4:00 am I ate about a cup and a half of left-over Hamburger Helper Beef Stroganoff.
At 8:00 am I ate a sausage, fried egg and cheese sandwich.
At 12:30 pm I ate six Buffalo Wings and what would be a large Mac Donald’s portion of seasoned French fries, both from the frozen food section of the grocery store. Oh, and one slice of self rising three meat pizza, also from frozen foods.
Some time between I ate a bowl of pineapple sherbet.
At about 5:45 I ate about two cups of a concoction I made with a pound of hamburger and a box of Hungry Jack Cheddar and Bacon Potatoes.
Through the course of the day I drank a pot and a half of coffee, heavy with vanilla caramel creamer. I also drank one 23.5 once can of flavored Malt Liquor.
Not the healthiest of diets, I admit, but that’s my point, my work-out program works! Like Gangbusters!
For exercise I did my 22 minute, plus or minus, stretching and calisthenics routine, the core of my Fit-N-Fifty Ebook.
The pictures will be taken every Monday.
Look at that bulging belly, no more six pack, more like a pony keg!
Getting My Six Pack Back,
Michael Cole
