Have you ever signed up for an hour-long webinar? Who hasn’t?
Why did you sign up?
To learn something new or to increase your knowledge of the subject and because you think the presenter knows their stuff.
If you’re lucky the mutual admiration society only lasts about ten minutes, the host and presenter telling each other how great they are and how awesome the other is. I’ve seen it go on for 38 minutes of an hour presentation, oops need to go into overtime.
Seriously though, if the webinar promotion was targeted and aggressive there will be some people who aren’t very familiar with the hosts. Some introduction is necessary, but let’s face it, if someone is on the webinar they have already been sold on the value.
Just cut to the chase and get to the content, speaking of which:
File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
Simply put, moving files from your PC or Mac to your hosting account to share on-line.
Is sounds difficult and complicated, and that’s just the name.
Watch this video and in less than three minutes you will know how to use a FTP program.
I’m not trying to impress, I only want you to have a new skill.
Mike
Wait til you see how easy it is to publish an ebook.

Hi Mike,
Pretty cool! Now where were you 11 months ago when I needed this, haha? By the way, your tutorial is a lot shorter and easier than the one I used to figure this out back then.
Great stuff! Keep it coming!

Thanks Ilka, 11 months ago I was too chicken to make videos. I made it short because I had to sit through two videos to learn it.
