Network Marketing is a great home business model. You can leverage your time to build a long term residual income. Spend a few months or years building and you can be set for life.

But how do you create duplication? How do you help your newly people sponsored to grow their businesses? Below are five easy to follow steps that you can use to build your dreams.

Step 1. The Initial Contact

On your first contact with a prospect for your network marketing business, whether it is a lead you bought or one you generated yourself through attraction marketing, ask them about themselves.

Ask about their family. Are they married? Do they have any children? Does their spouse work? Are their children close to college age?

What do they do for a living? Their occupation will let you access the strengths they can bring to the table.

How often do they enjoy recreational activities? Chance are they either don’t have the time or the money to recreate enough.

Listen carefully and their answers will tell you their needs and how your opportunity can help fulfill those needs. they may need more income so one can stay at home with the kids or to build a college fund. Maybe just a much needed vacation to recharge their batteries.

Step 2. The Business Presentation

Don’t over complicate things. You’ve already established their need and how you can help them in the initial contact.

Your network marketing opportunity should have a system you can plug into. It might be a website or a regularly scheduled conference call. Let your system do the telling and selling for you. This way they won’t be worried about having to learn to do the presentation themselves.

Step 3. Follow Up

Six simple questions will lead a prospect who is ready to start a home based business to sign up with you, no need to close them they do it themselves.

1. What did you like about what you just heard?    I like the money.

2. What did you like about the money?   I like that I can develop a long term residual income.

3. Do you want to make a little or a lot?  A lot.

4. Why do you want to make a lot of money?  I want a newer, better car, I want to go on nice, long vacations without having to worry about bills.

5. How long in your present job until you see this happening?   Probably never.

6. How do you see yourself getting started? Are you going to start slow and see how it goes or are you going to jump in with both feet and make it happen?   I want it now. What do I need to do to get started?

All you’ve done is repeat back the reasons why they want and need a long tern residual income.  How can they say no to their wants, hopes, and dreams?

4. Training

Teach them about the basics. Teach them about the product, what it does but not how it does it. Most people don’t care how something works, just that it does work.

Teach them steps 1 through 3. Initial contact, business, follow up.

Walk them through it a few times as on the job training.

5. Leadership Development

This you will need to outsource, not because you can’t do it yourself, but because you shouldn’t.

Why? Your people will do what you do , not what you say.

Your main focus in network marketing is to bring in more prospects, both customers and business partners. If you keep stopping to develop potential leaders, so will your down-line.

Get them in front of a success leadership coach like Dani Johnson of Work At Home Profit Zone. Plug them in to her website for leadership training. Then they can send their  potential leaders there also for massive duplication
